Make some magical memories this Christmas walking through the interactive grotto experience before meeting the big man himself! Adapted SEN sessions with longer times in-between sessions to allow the journey to the grotto to be enjoyed in good time taking into account any wheelchair users etc.

BACK FOR 2024 ... The popular Santa's Grotto Experience is back!
Make some magical memories this Christmas as the elves greet you as you arrive and then you will walk through different themes, taking in the sights and sounds on the way to the grotto to be greeted by the man himself where children will be able to chat with Santa and receive a present.
Go past Santa’s Workshop and mailroom on the way where presents get wrapped and letters to Santa are sorted through! Stop off at the Reindeer Food Bar to prepare and bag up some reindeer food to take home ready to leave out on Christmas Eve!
Photos with Santa and photo gifts will available to purchase on the way out. Sessions are per booking, so you will get to enjoy the experience as a family group.
